1. Ramp fee including parking when available $20. One Jet Ski $20, Two Jet Skis $30
Commercial rate is $40 (includes tax). Disabled boats, docks etc (towed in) must make an appointment prior to using
ramp. Call for rate.
2. Additional vehicle parked in lot $10 (includes tax).
3. Frozen Bait - $6 per 1 lb package: Shrimp, Squid or Sardines (includes tax).
4. 7lb Bag of Ice - $4 per bag (includes tax).
5. Wet Slips - $15/ft per month LOA (minimum of 30'). Electric (for battery charging) and water included. LOA is
Length Over All (bow sprit to end of swim platform, motors or dingy). Electric hookup is an additional $1/ft LOA
per month. Additional Kwh charge for continuous AC use (monitor attached).
6. Overnight wet slip use fee for current renters on trailers - $35 per day.
7. Transient wet slip rent when available - $2.50/ft LOA per day.
8. Haul out/block up/back in - $16/ft LOA (30' minimum).
9. Haul out one-way (trailer) - $16/ft LOA (30' minimum). Yard labor rate charged for time spent loading over 1/2 hour.
10. Haul out for Survey (left in slings) - $14/ft LOA (30' minimum).
11. Monthly Work Yard Rent / Yard Storage on stands - Initial $15/ft LOA per month (30' minimum charge). For DIY,
additional $1.50/ft LOA per month (ie., $16.50/ft LOA for 2nd month, $18.00/ft LOA for 3rd month, etc.).
12. Yard Storage for boat on trailer - $11/ft LOA per month (20' minimum charge).
13. Launch fee using skid loader for boats on trailers. $35 round trip, 8am to 5pm daily.
14. Daily storage trailer - $1/ft LOA / day (20' minimum). Daily storage work stands - $1/ft LOA / day
(30' minimum charge).
15. Required tarp (20x30) for work in yard - one-time $30 rental if returned in good shape at end of use.

16. Required work yard environmental fee for waste disposal - $35/month if working in yard. For DIY, applies
each month.
17. Step mast up or down - $300 per hour (fork lift use and 2 person labor).
18. Mast storage on saw horses in yard (off boat) - $2.50/ft LOA per month.
19. Use Forklift to remove or place equipment (engines etc) - $180 per 1/2 hour for lift use and operator
(1/2 hour minimum).
20. Yard labor rate - $100/hour (1 hour minimum).
21. Mechanic labor rate - $135/hour (1 hour minimum).
22. Rental boat $450/day (8am-5pm) or $300/half day (8am-1pm or 12pm-5pm). $500 prop deposit.
